主要研究兴趣:

主要从事甲壳动物脂质营养的相关研究,具体包括①甲壳动物性腺发育及分化过程中的分子机制研究;②脂类物质在甲壳动物关键生理代谢过程中的作用及其机制解析;③脂类在甲壳动物调节不同生境代谢适应性中的分子机制研究。对传统饲料营养学、分子营养学、食品营养学、环境营养学及营养基因组学均有较高兴趣。
